Award winning, South Florida interior design firm is seeking an ambitious, energetic and results-driven Business Development Manager to serve as the driving force behind generating new sales leads and contacts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record and experience in business development, preferably with the Architecture & Design (A&D) Industry through existing relationships and connections.
 
Responsibilities:
·         Develop a growth strategy focused both on customer satisfaction and financial gain
·         Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
·         Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
·         Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
·         Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
·         Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
   
 
Requirements:
·         BSc/BA in business administration, marketing or relevant field preferred
·         10 or more years of work experience in business development, marketing or sales
·         Market knowledge of the A&D industry
·         Proven sales track record
·         Strong communication and negotiation
